Hurricane Idalia caused severe damage to a TPO roof in a strip mall — tearing off the front half of the TPO membrane and flipping it back over itself. StormWrappers responded within 24 hours under a Master Service Agreement (MSA) to demo off storm debris and temporarily resecure the existing TPO membrane. StormWrappers provided a roofing report, documenting the improper fastener length used by the original roofing contractor as the root cause for the the roof membrane failure.
